What happens if I exceed my submission limit?
Submissions keep working for the rest of the month — we cap overage silently rather than dropping your leads, then email you to upgrade. Repeated overage may be rate limited.
Do blocked spam submissions count against my quota?
No. Only accepted submissions count. Blocked bots and spam are free.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes — full JSON export via the management API at any time, on any plan.
